      My paternal 3rd great grandparents are William Henry Tyler and Sarah Ellen Stark. Two of their children are listed in the 1880 US Federal Census, living in the household with Lewis & Malinda Dangerfield along with their own children.  Their names are Charles Tyler & Lewis Tyler.  Their relationship to the head of the household is listed as “grandson.”  This led me to believe that Lewis & Malinda Dangerfield are the parents of Sarah Stark....read more

So, based on Sarah’s and her mother’s (Malinda) estimated date of birth along with their location when Sarah was born, I determined that her father would be one of the sons of William Armstead Stark (Birth: About 1773 - Fauquier County, VA - Death: 8 Jan 1815 - Culpeper County, VA).
